Build status
Concrete and Steel Frame
Over the past three months, construction has progressed at a steady pace. With the steel framework now completed, the concrete works have also been finalised, marking the end of the structural phase of the development. This milestone paves the way for the next stages, including masonry and internal installations. Our efforts remain focused on meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality across all workstream.
Architecture
The site has seen consistent progress across multiple areas, reflecting strong adherence to both the project schedule and established quality standards. The travertine cladding on the façades is advancing well, with particular attention to detailing and the final finish. At the same time, the installation of metal panels is proceeding as planned, enhancing the development’s contemporary aesthetic. Joinery works have surpassed the initial targets with notable progress in the assembly of wardrobes, internal wooden doors, and kitchens, along with the commencement of wine cellar installations in selected units. Glass balustrades are also being installed across external areas and interior staircases, offering both safety and visual lightness. Lift installations are currently underway, with several already progressing to final testing and calibration stages. Externally, work continues on the waterproofing of swimming pools and planters, accompanied by technical tests to ensure watertightness. Pool finishing is also in progress, marking another key stage in the construction process. These advances reflect strong alignment between execution and planning, and reinforce our ongoing commitment to excellence at every phase of the project.
Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing
Technical systems are now at an advanced stage of implementation. The HVAC systems, which had experienced delays in the previous report, have now caught up and are back on schedule. Electrical works have also progressed, recovering part of the delay, although they remain slightly behind the original plan. Plumbing installations, on the other hand, continue to perform well and remain within the projected schedule.
External Infrastructures
The diversion of the existing main drainage system from the neighboring properties has not been completed, and only after this is finalized will we be allowed to finish the rainwater, wastewater, and manhole works. This work has been carried out by a third party, and we expect to begin our activities after their completion, during April. The heavy rains have also caused disruptions in the infrastructure works, and progress has not been in line with our expectations. A recovery plan was implemented, and we revised the project plan, allocating more resources to get the project back on track. As previously mentioned, this activity was not critical and did not impact the project’s completion, as there is still available time. The entrance to the project will begin to take its final shape. Progress is also being made on the irrigation system, which will allow us to care for the soft landscaping.
