Concrete and Steel Frame
The concrete and steel structures for the villas have been completed. Only structural works related to the common-area infrastructure remain. Construction has begun on the concrete wall that will support the access ramp to the waste container area and in addition, excavation for the communal swimming pool is scheduled to begin in the coming days, to be followed by concrete works.
Architecture
The construction works continue to progress satisfactorily across multiple fronts, in alignment with the established schedule. Several stages are being completed, paving the way for subsequent phases. A clear example of this is the completion of the travertine cladding application. As a result, scaffolding has begun to be removed from the façades of many villas, providing greater visual perception of progress and preparing the groundwork for the next phase: the installation of Alucobond panels on the façades, giving the units an increasingly finished appearance. This quarter also marked the start of the installation of private outdoor decks, as well as the construction of external kitchens with barbecues - enhancements that reinforce the high standard and functionality of these living spaces. At the same time, the application of interlocking concrete pavers in carport areas and garage access zones has begun, adding to a clearer layout and improved organization of the functional landscaping within the development. As the installation of decks, pavers, and other exterior finishes around the villas advances, only a small portion remains to reach full completion. This final stage will be carried out alongside the landscaping works, ensuring a cohesive and polished finish to the outdoor areas.
Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing
The project’s technical specialties continue at an advanced stage, with execution percentages aligned with the planned schedule and progressing toward the end. The HVAC system has reached 95% completion, in line with the established target for the period, and is now preparing for the final phases of testing and commissioning. Electrical and IT installations have reached 90%, slightly above the planned 89%, while plumbing systems are at 93%, close to the 94% target. All systems continue to show steady progress toward finalization.
External Infrastructures
Infrastructure works have progressed significantly in recent months, though not yet enough to fully compensate for earlier delays. The team remains focused on maintaining the accelerated pace to recover lost time and meet the overall project schedule. Trenching activities are currently underway for the installation of infrastructure networks (electrical, plumbing, telecommunications, among others). The sequence of works follows a defined order: trench excavation, installation of the infrastructure systems, and, subsequently, execution of the road sub-base and base layers. Sub-base and base works, along with curb installation, have already started in several areas of the development, marking an important milestone in the overall progress. These activities are visibly transforming the site, giving it a more finished appearance and temporarily improving internal circulation. The installation of interlocking concrete pavers is scheduled for the coming weeks, once heavy machinery traffic decreases, to prevent premature damage. This stage will further consolidate the urbanized character of the development.
